Megumi's **Kyoto style cuisine supper club**

The aim of “MEGUMIS” supper club is to share real Japanese food.

For this supper, I am collaborating with Hugo Tillman, who owns a lovely dining space and studio in central London.

This supper is also in cooperation with Senmaruya, a famous yuba restaurant in Kyoto. I will be serving Kyoto-style cuisine, a lot of cooking ingredients from Ktoto.

About Yuba
Yuba is made from the skin which forms on top of heated soy milk. The skin is separated from the milk and can be served in various dishes. It has a unique flavour and texture.
It is an ancient food which has been eaten by monks in Kyoto for centuries after originally coming to japan from China.
